Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or has a defect, send us:

• Your name
 • Shipping address
 • Order number
 • A photo of the issue

Once approved, exchanges or refunds are typically processed within 48 hours.

 

 

Returns

Returns must meet the following conditions:

• Requested within 14 days of delivery
 • Item must be unused
 • Item must be in original packaging

Used items cannot be returned unless the issue falls under the product warranty.
