Mixed Daffodils

A generous blend of daffodil varieties that brings layered color and natural variety to spring beds. Plant in clusters for a lush, naturalized look, or scatter through perennial borders for pops of cheerful color.

Follow these three steps to keep your daffodils healthy and reliably beautiful each spring:

1. Give them full sun. Select a spot with a minimum of 6 hours of direct sunlight daily — including after nearby trees have leafed out in spring. Post-bloom sun is just as important for recharging bulbs as sunlight during flowering.
2. Ensure good drainage. Daffodil bulbs are susceptible to rot in soggy conditions. Choose well-draining soil and avoid planting in areas where puddles form or water lingers after rain.
3. Let foliage mature on its own. After the blooms fade, leave the leaves in place for at least 8 weeks — or until they naturally yellow. Trimming back green foliage too soon reduces the bulb's stored energy and leads to weaker blooms the following spring.
