Dutch Crocus Mix

Among the very first flowers to emerge in late winter and early spring, Dutch crocuses bring a welcome rush of color when the rest of the garden is still waking up. This cheerful mix features a range of hues — deep purples, soft lavenders, clean whites, and striped varieties — that naturalize and multiply beautifully over time.

Plant in full sun to partial shade in well-drained soil. For the earliest possible blooms, choose a sheltered, sunny spot — a south-facing foundation or garden wall works particularly well. Crocus bulbs are also ideal for lawn naturalization: plant them directly in grass, enjoy the early-season show, and simply wait to mow until the foliage has yellowed and died back naturally.
